How does the battery-powered backpack sprayer work?
A rechargeable battery drives the pump for you, holding steady working pressure from 21.8 up to 100 PSI. Set your pressure with the knob, pull the trigger, and the sprayer delivers a continuous stream — no manual pumping required.
What can I spray with it?
Any low-viscosity, water-soluble solution — herbicides, pesticides, fungicides, liquid fertilizers, and general cleaning or disinfecting mixes. Rule of thumb: if it’s too thick to pour smoothly, it’s too thick for the pump.
What should I NOT spray with it?
Skip anything flammable (liquids, gases, or powders), strong acids, and strong alkalines — these will damage the pump and seals. We also strongly advise against using highly toxic or highly persistent pesticides on edible crops like vegetables, melons, or fruit trees.
Should I premix solutions before pouring them into the tank?
Yes. Mix your concentrate and water together in a separate clean container first, then pour the diluted solution into the tank through the strainer basket at the opening. The strainer catches debris and undissolved particles before they hit the pump, and pre-mixing keeps clumps from clogging the inlet filter — giving you an even, consistent spray at the nozzle.
How far does it spray?
Up to roughly 14 feet at the 100 PSI setting with the adjustable nozzle dialed to a stream pattern. Actual distance varies with the nozzle, the wind, and the type of liquid you’re spraying. How long does it take to fully charge the battery?
Roughly 7 to 10 hours for a full charge using the included wall charger. The indicator light shifts from red to green when the battery is fully topped up. Your battery may arrive partially charged; if it has self-discharged during storage or transit, the first full charge can take up to about 12 hours.
Does it come with a charger?
Yes — a wall charger is included in the box, along with a mouth lid strainer, wide mouth lid, and spare parts.
Can I leave the battery in the sprayer between uses?
For day-to-day spraying, charging between uses isn’t necessary. For long-term storage, run the battery through a full discharge-and-recharge cycle every two weeks to two months — that’s the easiest way to keep the cells healthy and extend the battery’s service life.
Does cold weather affect the battery?
Yes. Cold temperatures cut lithium battery performance, so you’ll see shorter runtime and fewer tanks per charge on chilly days. Never charge the battery below freezing — bring it indoors first. And never store the sprayer with liquid in the tank when a freeze is possible: expanding water can damage seals and internal components.

Maintenance & Warranty

How do I clean the sprayer between different chemicals?
Cleaning after every use is essential. Fill the tank with clean water, give it a good shake, then switch on the pump and discharge the rinse through the wand until the water runs clear.
How should I store it for winter or long-term storage?
Rinse the tank with clean water and drain it fully, then briefly run the pump to clear any remaining liquid from the internal system. Fully charge the battery before storage, and top it up every two to four weeks to maintain battery health. Keep the sprayer in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight, and protect it from freezing temperatures — cold can damage internal components.
What if the sprayer is losing pressure?
Start with the obvious culprits — inspect and clean the nozzle, wand, and inlet strainer for clogs. Then confirm the battery is fully charged, since low power directly reduces spraying pressure. If pressure is still low, check that all connections are tight and free of debris. If none of that solves it, an internal seal or pump component may need replacing — get in touch with us and we’ll help.
What if a nozzle is leaking?
